Cancellation Policy

Please note that a 24 Hour cancellation period is required on all appointments. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation charge of 50%.

Gift Vouchers - Available all year

At Image we can personalise vouchers for those special occasions, be it a Birthday, Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentines Day or just a thank you gift.

Our Guarantee

If for any reason, no matter how small, you're not 100% happy we want to know, please speak to Sue Carter.

Payments

We accept all major Credit Cards and cheques accompanied by a valid bankers card.

Health and Safety

In the interest of Health and Safety and for the comfort of you and other clients, please do not bring babies or children into the salon.

Contra Indications

If you are receiving any form of medical treatment, medication, or are pregnant, please inform us at the time of booking. Also advise us on any concerns or allergies you may have.
