Cancellation Policy
Please note that a 24 hour cancellation period is required on all appointments. Failure to notify us within this period, will result in a cancellation charge of 50%.

So whether you are looking for the perfect birthday, Christmas, Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day present or just want to say thank you, our gift vouchers are always appreciated.
Our Guarantee
If for any reason, no matter how small, you’re not 100% happy with the service you have received, we want to know. So please ensure you bring to the attention of any dissatisfaction to the salon owner, Sue Carter.

Health and Safety
In the interest of Health and Safety and for the comfort of you and other clients, please do not bring babies or children into the salon.
Contra Indications
If you are receiving any form of medical treatment, medication, or are pregnant, please inform us at the time of booking. Also advise us on any concerns or allergies you may have.
Medical
Please tell your therapist of any medical conditions that you have and what medication you are taking before any treatment is carried out.
Gratuities
Are appreciated and of course are discretionary.
