Each year we get the opportunity to start a year completely fresh – so, we thought we would help you start 2018 in a positive way by giving you some mantras, and resolutions to try out . . Go on, why not!!
1: Write down two positive things about your day, every day. Something little that has made you smile – even on the bad days, there is always something good.
2: Do the best you can until you know better. Then, when you know better, do better
3: Be kind, always, as you never know what other people could be going through
4: Look after your body – pamper, sleep, eat well and drink plenty.
5: Turn your phone off a bit more, focus on what’s in front of you for an hour or two a day.
6: Do something new! Go to the theatre / try a new recipe / learn a new party trick / take up a new hobby – challenge yourself.
7: Send a hand written letter – and see if you get one in return!!
8: Make a photo album – get all of the lovely memories from your smart phone down in an album, that way you can look back through in years to come.
9: Quit one bad habit. Nobody is perfect, we all have them!
10: Live well, laugh often, love always.
