Comfort food is so tempting at this time of year – but balance is key. Ensure you are still getting a good dose of your Vitamins A and D. When you go food shopping, stock up on fresh fruits like mango and vegetables such as sweet potatoes and broccoli. These will all help keep your skin looking healthy.
Use a good facial oil;
We all want to avoid adding oil to our skin during the summer, but the winter calls for it. Use a radiance boosting facial oil a few times a week to get rid of the dullness and replenish the skin layers.
Let the sun shine;
Summer sun is known to damage your skin, but this doesn’t change in winter! We all love those frosty, cold days but the UV damage can affect your skin all year round. Invest in a good moisturiser that contains SPF, possibly switch to a tinted moisturiser and use as an alternative to your normal foundation?!
